Planning & Purchasing Senior Officer

About the role

Union Healthcare Partners is seeking a Planning & Purchasing Senior Officer to oversee the planning and procurement of raw materials and finished products across its healthcare divisions. The role ensures timely product availability while complying with quality, regulatory, and contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare To‑Market forecasts for assigned suppliers and product lines.
• Generate and communicate purchase orders to principals.
• Update product pricing in the system according to guidelines.
• Manage inventory transactions and maintain accurate stock records.
• Produce monthly supplier and departmental reports for principals and department heads.
• Coordinate stock reservation and procurement for tender business in collaboration with sales, invoicing, and delivery teams.
• Handle shipment logistics and ensure proper documentation for customs clearance.
• Arrange destruction of expired goods with designated companies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of planning and purchasing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Proven capability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
