Performance Marketing Executive (Paid Media)

About the role

Bright Minds Hub Marketing Management LLC is looking for a results‑oriented Performance Marketing Executive to own end‑to‑end paid media execution across multiple channels for its premium platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, manage and optimise campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, programmatic platforms and LinkedIn.
• Set up campaign structure, audience targeting, budget allocation and pacing.
• Implement conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Snap Pixel, GTM, GA4) and conduct A/B testing of creatives and landing pages.
• Monitor CPL, CPV, CPA, CTR, ROAS and conversion rate; optimise to improve lead quality and scale winning ads.
• Manage retargeting funnels, audience nurturing and CRM integration.
• Guide the content team on ad copy, creative messaging, hook development and review creatives before launch.
• Prepare daily and monthly performance reports using GA4, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, Google Ads and Looker Studio.
• Ensure proper pixel tracking, event setup and suggest CRO improvements for landing pages.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of performance‑marketing experience.
• Proven success with Meta lead‑generation, TikTok, Snapchat and Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience targeting the UAE and international markets.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Ability to guide content creators using data‑driven insights.
• Mandatory experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Preferred background in real‑estate or automotive lead generation.
