Performance Manager – Digital Media

About the role

Omnicom Media Group MENA is seeking a Performance Manager to lead the delivery, optimisation and analysis of digital media performance across Paid Social, Paid Search and Programmatic channels. You will use proprietary tools and leading platforms to generate data‑driven insights, ensure best‑in‑class execution and achieve measurable outcomes aligned with client business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and optimise performance media strategies from planning through execution and analysis.
• Own budget management and optimisation across performance platforms, aligning spend with client KPIs.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Performance Media Executives, maintaining high standards of execution and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on performance strategy and innovation.
• Identify, test and integrate new technologies, betas and platform capabilities.
• Deliver training sessions for junior team members and up‑skill wider agency teams.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, operations teams and external vendors to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
• Prepare and present Quarterly Business Reviews with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Lead client onboarding, technical setup and platform implementation for biddable channels.
• Own biddable media response for new business pitches and drive cross‑functional initiatives such as attribution modelling and dynamic creative optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience across Paid Social, Paid Search and Programmatic media.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑development capabilities.
• Excellent client‑facing skills and a track record of driving business growth.
