Payable & Receivable Officer

About the role

CIS Group, an ICT company based in Jal El Dib, is seeking a motivated Payable & Receivable Officer to join its finance team in Beirut. The role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, develop core accounting skills, and grow within a dynamic organization.

Key responsibilities

• Track and follow up on overdue accounts and payment plans.
• Monitor and process insurance claim payments.
• Review supplier accounts, verify invoices and deliveries.
• Prepare payment requests and maintain accurate financial records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, banking, business or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience as a payable & receivable officer.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
• Fluency in English, French and Arabic.
