Part-time Remote Recruitment Specialist

About the role

FitKult LLC is seeking a part‑time, remote Recruitment Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring for its fast‑growing health and lifestyle brand. You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, attract talent, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications and hiring needs.
• Source candidates through job boards, professional networks and digital recruitment tools.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Schedule and facilitate interview panels, collect and communicate feedback.
• Guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process, providing a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in an applicant tracking system.
• Support onboarding and training plans for new hires.
• Assist leadership in forecasting hiring needs and improving recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Proven full‑cycle recruitment experience across multiple roles.
• Strong interviewing and communication abilities.
• Experience supporting training and onboarding activities.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and digital recruitment platforms.
• Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion best practices.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Prior experience in consumer brands, hospitality, health, fitness or FMCG is a plus.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
