Operations Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Team Leader to design, deliver, and continuously improve innovative training programs across our satellite locations. You will oversee both onsite and live‑online courses, ensuring they fit within operational schedules and provide a high‑quality learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with field staff to assess training needs and create engaging agendas.
• Research and develop comprehensive training materials that support product knowledge and new‑staff onboarding.
• Manage classroom experiences across all satellite sites, including live‑online sessions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce turnaround times and enhance customer service.
• Maintain and update class schedules, handling cancellations and rescheduling in coordination with operations teams.
• Ensure consistent communication and adherence to policies across locations.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on operational matters.
• Oversee procurement of online training resources to guarantee timely availability.
• Support strategic commercial and marketing initiatives that drive business growth.
• Lead the development of customer care and student service procedures.
• Work with faculty to recruit tutors and instructors, maintaining high educational standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of experience in operations and customer satisfaction.
• Proven project‑management expertise.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
