Operations Officer – Cleaning Services

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Operations Officer to oversee the day‑to‑day activities of our cleaning projects. The role involves coordinating with supervisors, monitoring site performance, and ensuring smooth communication between operations, clients, and support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with cleaning supervisors to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Coordinate staffing, attendance, leave requests and operational requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor service quality and compliance with company standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Liaise with HR on recruitment, onboarding, employee records and disciplinary matters.
• Respond to client requests and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Distribute cleaning materials, equipment and supplies to project sites.
• Monitor attendance records and support payroll‑related data collection.
• Ensure health, safety and company policy compliance across all assigned sites.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in operations, facilities management or cleaning services.
• Strong organizational, communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.
