Operations Executive – PM Shift (US Client)

About the role

The Operations Executive will coordinate field technicians and subcontractors to deliver facility services for US‑based clients. Working on the PM shift, you will ensure service requests are handled efficiently and clients stay informed throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Assign service requests to appropriate field technicians and subcontractors.
• Monitor ongoing jobs, follow up on progress, and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain clear communication with technicians, subcontractors, and clients.
• Resolve operational issues, delays, and escalations.
• Coordinate multiple jobs and priorities simultaneously.
• Support daily operations workflow and ensure smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Strong written and spoken English.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑up capabilities.
