On‑Camera Influencer

About the role

We are seeking a charismatic On‑Camera Influencer to be the face of our brand across social media, live events and networking opportunities. The role involves creating engaging video content, hosting webinars and representing the company at career fairs and international events.

Key responsibilities

• Produce direct‑to‑camera videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Conduct street interviews in Beirut with a production team.
• Star in promotional ad campaigns reaching large audiences.
• Host live webinars and virtual sessions for large audiences.
• Act as brand ambassador at career fairs, networking events and expos.
• Participate in photoshoots and create marketing collateral.
• Engage with community members to understand needs and provide tailored information.
• Travel across the Gulf to produce content and attract new audiences.
• Post content on both company and personal social media profiles.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating direct‑to‑camera video content with measurable engagement.
• Background in recruitment or business is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Experience hosting events, webinars or similar on‑camera roles.
• Strong communication, confidence and charismatic presence.
