Missions principales

• Oversee the daily operations of the spa and wellness department to ensure excellence.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and medical regulations.
• Coordinate schedules and manage workflows between the medical team and spa practitioners.
• Manage patient records and appointment scheduling with precision and discretion.
• Maintain a premium client environment, ensuring every member receives an exceptional, high-touch experience.
• Monitor inventory and operational standards to uphold the club's luxury positioning.

Profil recherché

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent certified nursing degree is mandatory.
• Proven experience in a clinical or high-end wellness/spa management setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and poised in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
• High level of integrity, ethics, and commitment to patient confidentiality.

Competences requises

• Clinical nursing expertise and patient care management.
• Operational administration and scheduling proficiency.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a significant advantage).
• Knowledge of wellness, biohacking, or longevity protocols is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
