Network System Administrator – On‑site in Tripoli

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Network System Administrator to join our IT team in Tripoli, Lebanon. You will be responsible for maintaining a secure, reliable and high‑performance network infrastructure that supports all business locations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and monitor network infrastructure, including routers, switches and firewalls.
• Implement and maintain network security measures, VPNs, VLANs and access controls.
• Provide operational support, incident monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with vendors and support IT projects.
• Manage enterprise servers, virtualization platforms and storage solutions.
• Oversee backup processes, disaster‑recovery planning and execution.
• Support business applications and Microsoft 365 services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in Computer Science, Networking or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of enterprise networking and systems administration experience.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with MikroTik, Cisco or Fortinet devices.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs and network security concepts.
• Proficiency with Windows Server, Linux, VMware and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with backup solutions and disaster‑recovery procedures.
