About the role
The Minibar Server in Housekeeping is responsible for managing the minibar service across hotel rooms and suites. This role ensures that guests receive a seamless, high‑quality experience while supporting the overall standards of the hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Service of all minibars within hotel rooms and suites, including stocking and replenishment.
- Accurate accounting of minibar items and posting consumption to guest folios.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, monitor expiry dates, and verify product quality and labeling.
- Assist with scheduled inventories of products and operating equipment.
- Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by management.
- Maintain a positive, motivated attitude and exercise self‑control at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a housekeeping service role is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, confidential, and ethical approach.
- People‑oriented, flexible, reliable, tolerant and open‑minded.
