MEP Revit Modeler

About the role

BUTEC is seeking an experienced MEP Revit Modeler to join its engineering team in Lebanon. You will be responsible for creating and coordinating advanced MEP systems within BIM models, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and seamless interdisciplinary collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, integrate and update HVAC, plumbing, drainage and electrical systems in Revit MEP models.
• Create and maintain Revit families, symbols and parametric components.
• Participate in coordination meetings and run clash detection sessions using Navisworks.
• Resolve clashes with other disciplines and incorporate feedback from design engineers and construction teams.
• Extract accurate 2D documentation and MEP quantities directly from the BIM model.
• Apply project‑specific BIM Execution Plans, LOD matrices and company BIM protocols.
• Maintain revision control and ensure model data consistency with project documentation.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of BIM experience in construction or contracting.
• BIM certification is required.
• Fluent in Arabic and French; conversational English.
