Marketing Manager

About the role

Alampharm is seeking a creative and results‑driven Marketing Manager to shape and execute marketing strategies that strengthen its brands and drive business growth. The role will be based in Dbayeh and will focus on the pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, and consumer goods sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead brand positioning and communication initiatives across multiple channels.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, and online advertising.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and regulatory teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Monitor market trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Oversee marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or consumer goods marketing.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
