Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Parapharm SAL is looking for a proactive Marketing Coordinator to lead the creation and execution of its marketing strategy from its headquarters in Hazmieh, Lebanon. The role bridges B2B medical detailing and B2C consumer marketing, driving brand awareness and sales across dermatology and beauty product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement operational processes, KPIs and an annual marketing budget.
• Develop and launch integrated online and offline campaigns for both B2B (dermatologists, doctors, pharmacies) and B2C audiences.
• Create targeted promotional tools, educational collateral and in‑store merchandising for medical professionals.
• Manage brand presence at congresses, seminars, trade shows and product launch events.
• Oversee digital channels including social media strategy, paid advertising on Meta, Google and TikTok, SEO and email marketing.
• Direct content creation that highlights clinical efficacy and beauty benefits.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to optimise e‑commerce touchpoints and grow online sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy or a related field.
• Proven experience managing both B2B medical/trade marketing and B2C consumer campaigns.
• Hands‑on leadership with a track record of building marketing initiatives from scratch.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a strong asset.
• Based in or able to commute daily to Hazmieh, Lebanon.
