Marketing Coordinator

About the role

MATTA Gallery is seeking a full‑time Marketing Coordinator to work on‑site in Dekwaneh. You will help plan and execute marketing campaigns that promote the brand’s showrooms, collections, and overall presence.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate promotional activities and support showroom events.
• Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and in‑store communications.
• Create basic marketing content and social‑media posts.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Track campaign performance, gather customer feedback, and prepare performance reports.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a sales‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to plan and execute in‑store events and promotions.
• Excellent writing skills for copy, captions, and internal communications.
• Project‑management capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and basic understanding of branding, visual merchandising, or retail marketing.
• Previous experience in marketing, retail, or related fields, preferably in furniture, design, or lifestyle sectors.
• Relevant academic background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Willingness to work on‑site full‑time in Dekwaneh and occasionally support other showrooms.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with basic social‑media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
