Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

MultiLane is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join its Injection & Tooling function in Houmal, Lebanon. The role works closely with the production floor, turning design concepts into repeatable, high‑quality manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with tooling, process, quality, and production teams to ensure smooth product launch and ongoing execution.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate part designs against tooling and molding capabilities before production release.
• Own manufacturing process documentation for assigned parts, defining process parameters and inspection points.
• Lead first‑article inspections and mold trials, adjusting tooling or process settings as required.
• Investigate production floor issues such as defects, downtime, or yield loss and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Coordinate with external tooling vendors, manage scheduling and provide technical follow‑up during training visits to China.
• Maintain and update fixture and tooling specifications as products evolve.
• Partner with Quality to resolve non‑conformances linked to tooling or process root causes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Working knowledge of GD&T, material behavior, and manufacturability principles.
• Hands‑on exposure to molds, tooling, fixtures, or machining environments.
• Experience with injection molding or tooling design is a strong plus.
• Comfortable working on‑site with cross‑functional production and engineering teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to China for technical training.
