Low Current and Security Engineer

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Beirut Governorate, Lebanon. The Low Current and Security Engineer will design, install, configure and maintain a range of low‑current security and communication systems for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and prepare technical drawings, schematics and as‑built documentation.
• Select appropriate hardware and oversee installation, commissioning and integration of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, fire alarm and related systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, cabling and configuration issues on‑site, perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure all systems comply with safety, regulatory and client standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, vendors and clients, produce technical reports and support handover, training and post‑implementation support.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in security engineering with hands‑on experience in low‑current and physical security systems.
• Knowledge of information, network, cybersecurity and application security principles as they relate to security system data and remote access.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience reading and creating technical drawings, schematics and as‑built documents; proficiency with design tools is a plus.
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills, effective communication and willingness to work on‑site, including occasional outside‑hours work.
