Lead Dispatch – PM Shift

About the role

Servix Solutions is looking for an experienced Lead Dispatch to join its Remote Operations team. Working the PM shift, you will act as the central command hub for field technicians, ensuring service calls are scheduled, dispatched, and completed with precision and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and mobile technicians, overseeing daily operations.
• Manage, assign, and continuously optimize technician schedules in real‑time to maximize output and reduce response times.
• Prioritize and allocate tasks based on a solid understanding of plumbing and electrical service requirements.
• Monitor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts or on‑site issues promptly, providing immediate support to field teams.
• Maintain clear, concise communication with all stakeholders under pressure.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of proven experience in dispatching, logistics, or operations coordination.
• Foundational knowledge of plumbing and electrical maintenance.
• Comfortable working the PM shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with dispatching software.
• Experience using CRM tools.
• Familiarity with GPS tracking systems.
