Junior Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Lawyer to join our legal team. The successful candidate will work autonomously or collaboratively to support litigation, arbitration, and contract matters across multiple legal systems, while maintaining high professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in litigation and arbitration cases, preparing case files and supporting documentation.
• Review and analyze contracts from various jurisdictions to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Draft and compile legal reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with relevant parties on legal issues as needed, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.

Required profile

• Law degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 2‑3 years of relevant legal experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Professional demeanor with appropriate business dress code awareness.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking, writing, typing); French is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated loyalty, confidentiality, professionalism, interpersonal skills, and a results‑oriented mindset.
