Junior HCM Consultant

About the role

Assist the Senior Consultant in delivering HCM solutions to clients, gathering and analyzing HR requirements, and supporting implementation within the HCM system.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and comply with the project’s Statement of Work (SoW) and support the Project Manager in maintaining the project plan.
• Gather client requirements through workshops, prepare blueprints, and assist in configuring HCM Magnar modules such as ESS and Payroll.
• Participate in data migration, system testing, and troubleshooting during implementation.
• Provide end‑user training, post‑implementation support, and maintain project documentation in SharePoint.
• Assist in managing change requests, creating status reports, and obtaining milestone sign‑offs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to learn new consulting tools and methodologies.
• Proficiency in English.
