About the role

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Design and deliver training and development programs for staff growth.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Preferably experience in the Food & Beverage sector.
