IT Support Officer (Night Shift)

About the role

Byblos Vista is seeking a reliable, hands‑on IT Support Officer to provide day‑to‑day technical assistance for its fast‑paced US‑based operations. The role works the night shift (4 PM – 1 AM) and supports internal teams across facilities management, real estate, and business services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line support for hardware, software, networking and system issues.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers and related peripherals.
• Administer Microsoft 365 environments, including user provisioning and permission management.
• Resolve connectivity and infrastructure problems, and manage system updates.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding from an IT perspective.
• Maintain IT inventory, documentation and asset tracking.
• Assist teams with operational tools such as ClickUp and other internal systems.
• Perform ad‑hoc IT and operational support tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, ICT or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in IT Support or Help Desk roles.
• Strong understanding of hardware, software, networking and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced operational environment.
