Interior Architect – Interior Designer

About the role

KA Team Beirut is looking for a talented Interior Architect/Designer to join its multidisciplinary team. The role involves turning project briefs into compelling interior concepts and overseeing their development from initial ideas through to detailed execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts, layouts, space plans, and material palettes using mood boards, material boards, presentations and design proposals.
• Create detailed interior drawings, including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections and interior details.
• Prepare FF&E schedules, material specifications, finish schedules and furniture layouts.
• Coordinate interior design work with architectural, structural, MEP, lighting and other engineering disciplines.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, accessibility, fire/life‑safety requirements and project standards.
• Assist in developing project specifications, BOQs and cost‑effective design solutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design.
• Minimum 3 + years of professional experience in interior design.
• Strong understanding of technical detailing, materials, finishes and construction methods.
• Up‑to‑date with AI technologies and emerging digital tools in the architecture and interior design industry.
