About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Insurance Consultant to join our leading multinational insurance company in Jal El Dib. In this full-time role you will help individuals and families protect their assets while building your own professional brand and client portfolio within a global organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify clients’ financial protection and wealth planning needs.
• Provide tailored life insurance and financial protection solutions.
• Educate clients on the importance of financial security and long-term planning.
• Build, manage, and grow your personal client portfolio.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
• Achieve personal and team performance objectives.
• Continuously update knowledge of financial products and market trends.

Required profile

• Motivated individuals with a strong desire for a long-term career in financial services.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Professional, positive, and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of success.
• Official Bac II certificate (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field (advantage).
• Experience in sales, customer service, insurance, banking, real estate, hospitality or other client-facing roles is preferred but not essential.
