Infrastructure Engineer – IT Infrastructure Team

About the role

We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join Sucafina’s IT Infrastructure team. The role offers a motivated individual the chance to work across server administration, networking, cloud services and IT operations while gaining exposure to industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server infrastructure and Active Directory services.
• Support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Manage VMware virtualization platforms.
• Monitor system health, respond to alerts and escalate issues.
• Troubleshoot servers, storage and network incidents.
• Participate in upgrades, migrations and new deployments.
• Assist with backup, business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge‑base articles.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated technical problems.
• Follow security standards and operational best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP.
• Understanding of core networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure is a plus.
• Experience with VMware virtualization.
