Information Systems & LMS Officer (Full‑time)

About the role

The Green Agri‑Food Transformation for Economic Recovery (GATE) project in Lebanon requires a full‑time Information Systems and Loan Management System (LMS) Officer to support the Project Management Unit (PMU) from the LMS implementation phase through to project completion.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with the LMS supplier and the short‑term IT advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle, acting as Kafalat’s primary technical point of contact.
• Participate in requirements specification, system design, development, testing, and deployment of the LMS.
• Monitor vendor deliverables, support system testing and handover, and ensure compliance with the RFP technical requirements.
• Build operational knowledge to independently administer the LMS after the short‑term consultant’s engagement ends.

Required profile

• Full‑time Information Systems and LMS Officer for the GATE PMU.
• Ability to collaborate with external suppliers and internal project staff.
• Experience in overseeing LMS or similar information system implementations is preferred.
