Art Director – Advertising Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Art Director to lead the visual direction of advertising campaigns from concept through execution. You will work closely with clients, copywriters, strategists and marketing teams to ensure creative excellence and brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and present fresh, strategic creative ideas that align with client briefs and target audiences.
• Lead the artistic vision for advertising campaigns, ensuring consistency and quality across all assets.
• Create and present mood boards, concepts and advertising strategies to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers and strategists to build integrated, compelling campaigns.
• Maintain visual language, storytelling and messaging consistency across formats.
• Oversee final creative approvals, ensuring quality control before delivery.
• Communicate regularly with the Associate Creative Director and leadership to align on strategy and direction.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into campaign development.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art & Design or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Art Direction, preferably within advertising or creative agencies.
