HVAC / Trades Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an HVAC / Trades Operations Coordinator to support the daily workflows of a foreign company operating in Lebanon. You will act as the central point of contact between field technicians, dispatch teams, and the foreign company's management, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues. The role involves scheduling, tracking, and updating systems for HVAC and other trade services, ensuring smooth operations during the evening shift.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate HVAC and trade service schedules according to client needs.
• Track job status, updates, and progress throughout each shift.
• Maintain dispatch boards and generate regular operational reports.
• Escalate any operational risks or issues to the appropriate parties.
• Support foreign trade service workflows through accurate system updates.

Required profile

• Experience in coordinating trade services or similar operational roles (preferred).
• Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work the specified shift (Monday‑Friday, 4 PM‑1 AM).
• Familiarity with basic HVAC terminology and trade service processes is advantageous.
