About the role
Azurreo is seeking an HR & People Operations Coordinator to join its People & Culture team. In this role you will support employees across multiple countries throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to day‑to‑day interactions, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare employment contracts, amendments, certificates and maintain accurate employee records.
- Monitor contract renewals, probation periods, leave balances and assist with monthly payroll validation.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, follow up on HR requests and coordinate with managers and internal stakeholders.
- Organise onboarding activities, track required documentation and support initiatives that boost employee engagement.
- Coordinate internal communications such as holiday announcements, birthdays and company updates.
- Identify and implement improvements to HR processes and contribute ideas to develop the People & Culture function.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of professional experience in HR, administration, operations, coordination or related fields.
- Professional working proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Strong organizational, communication and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and maintain a high level of discretion.
- Proactive, reliable and eager to learn and grow within HR.
