HR Manager

About the role

As the Human Resources Manager for Liban Cables in Nahr Ibrahim, you will lead the HR function at site level, aligning local practices with Nexans’ global HR strategy. You will act as a trusted advisor to site managers, ensuring the workforce is equipped, motivated, and compliant with all regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the HR organization and processes, supporting business transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, manage interview processes, shortlist candidates, and negotiate compensation packages.
• Develop and oversee performance management, including calibration cycles and leadership development.
• Conduct competencies and skills gap analyses and define learning & development programs (coaching, mentoring, training, e‑learning).
• Support individual development plans and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Maintain health and safety focus and ensure compliance with local labor legislation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to advise and support senior managers on people‑related matters.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, compensation, performance management, and learning & development.
• Experience handling labor law compliance and health & safety processes.
