About the role

Sarah’s Bag seeks a hands‑on Head of Finance & Administration to oversee daily financial operations and support strategic planning. The role combines detailed bookkeeping with high‑level budgeting and compliance responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise daily accounting, bookkeeping and payroll processes.
  • Lead monthly and annual closing of accounts and prepare financial reports.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, cash‑flow forecasts and expense management.
  • Ensure tax, regulatory compliance and coordinate with auditors, banks and external accountants.
  • Manage contracts, employee administration and general office administration.

Required profile

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience managing a finance function, preferably in an SME, retail or fashion environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Lebanese accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Highly organized, accurate and able to work independently.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.

Required skills

  • Advanced Excel.
  • Proficiency with accounting software.
