Head of Business Development

About the role

The Head of Business Development will lead commercial growth and operational excellence for a fast‑growing hospitality technology company expanding regionally and globally. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role oversees sales, marketing, customer success and business operations to drive revenue and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Lead cross‑functional teams in Sales, Marketing, Graphic Design, Customer Success and Business Operations.
• Identify and secure strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.
• Manage departmental budgets, KPIs, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Oversee CRM and pipeline management, ensuring accurate business performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to guarantee successful client delivery.
• Build, mentor and develop high‑performing teams, setting departmental OKRs and roadmaps.
• Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure operational excellence, compliance and cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Leadership, Operations or General Management.
• Proven track record managing cross‑functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations.
• Strong experience in revenue growth, strategic planning and business expansion.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
