Graphic Designer – Apparel Customization

About the role

DEFY is looking for a Graphic Designer who will specialize in customizing garments to meet client specifications. The role blends creative design with hands‑on operation of printing, heat‑press and embroidery equipment, ensuring high‑quality finished products delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, start‑up and maintain printers, heat‑press machines and embroidery equipment.
• Print designs on garments after completing required setup.
• Perform light maintenance and cleaning of all machines.
• Keep the work area clean, organized and safe.
• Consult customers, suggest designs and understand their needs before execution.
• Control quality from start to finish of each customization.
• Stay updated on current logos and designs (e.g., Premier League, NBA, Formula 1).
• Assist in sewing logos, patches and other design elements.
• Work additional hours when necessary to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• University degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of experience in high‑tech photocopy/printing, Photoshop/Illustrator design, or a printing house.
• Gender: any.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience operating printers, heat‑press and embroidery machines.
