About the role
We are seeking an experienced General Foreman to lead our concrete works and finishing activities on a construction site in Beirut. The role involves close collaboration with the site engineer and various trades to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret construction drawings and coordinate trades with the site engineer.
- Read specifications to determine construction requirements.
- Lead and assist workers on site, resolve technical issues, and manage productivity.
- Control quality of work and enforce safety rules.
- Monitor material usage, minimize wastage and damage.
- Oversee site equipment usage and maintenance.
Required profile
- At least 20 years of experience in concrete works and finishing, preferably with a main contractor.
- Proven ability to manage large crews and complex site operations.
- Strong understanding of construction specifications and safety standards.
Required skills
- Ability to read and execute construction drawings.
