General Accountant

About the role

Accor is looking for a detail‑oriented General Accountant to support daily accounting operations within its hospitality portfolio. You will work with a dynamic team to ensure accurate financial documentation and contribute to the smooth financial flow of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare in‑house checks and deposits.
• Download and input bank account and credit‑card transactions.
• Reconcile monthly bank and credit‑card activity.
• Prepare and record journal entries.
• Produce cash‑flow and cash‑management reports.
• Assist in downloading documents and maintaining client data files.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
• Solid knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Impeccable confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of relevant post‑graduate work experience (preferred).
• Adaptability, willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
