Full-Time Accountant (5+ years experience)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to join our finance team in Antelias. The successful candidate will manage daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support management with timely reports.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
• Perform bank, cash, customer, and supplier reconciliations.
• Maintain the General Ledger and ensure proper account classification.
• Execute monthly and annual closing entries and produce financial statements.
• Monitor expenses, revenues, cash positions, and outstanding payments.
• Assist with budgeting, cash‑flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and other external parties.
• Ensure compliance with accounting procedures, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Provide administrative support for office expenses, subscriptions, and operational payments.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, trial balance, P&L, balance sheet, accruals, and month‑end/year‑end closing.
• Good understanding of VAT and taxation procedures.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Wizard Accounting Software or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, and lookups.
