French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers from Spanish‑speaking regions via voice calls and live chat, delivering friendly and professional assistance in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate support through phone and chat in French and English.
• Troubleshoot issues, guide customers step‑by‑step, and resolve inquiries related to orders, products, and technical problems.
• Log all interactions precisely in our support system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote customer service or similar experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
