Freelance Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Freelance Recruiter to partner with our client’s hiring managers and drive the end‑to‑end recruitment process. You will act as the company’s representative, ensuring that talent acquisition aligns with business priorities and hiring KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process for assigned positions.
• Collaborate directly with client hiring managers to define role requirements and workforce plans.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct candidate screening interviews, assessments, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Provide market insights, talent availability data, and hiring recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure data integrity.
• Track and report recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, pipeline activity, and offer acceptance rate.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience that reflects the client’s employer brand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in an agency or in‑house setting.
• Experience in a client‑facing or embedded recruitment model is a plus.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques.
