Food Safety & Quality Control Supervisor

About the role

Nabat Organic is seeking an experienced Food Safety & Quality Supervisor to lead the implementation, monitoring, and continuous enforcement of its food safety and quality systems across production, packing, storage, and related operations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and enforce the company’s Food Safety Management System (FSMS) and keep policies, procedures, work instructions, and records up to date.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, prerequisite programs, OPRPs, CCPs, and other applicable food‑safety requirements.
• Monitor food‑safety and quality performance across production, packing, receiving, storage, and handling.
• Identify risks, non‑conformities and improvement opportunities, and drive corrective actions.
• Conduct regular inspections of production, packing, warehouse and storage areas to verify compliance with standards.
• Oversee cleaning, sanitation, pest control, personal hygiene, waste management and other prerequisite programs.
• Manage product quality, isolate non‑conforming items, and ensure proper investigation and handling.
• Coordinate supplier food‑safety and quality compliance and maintain traceability and recall procedures.
• Train and coach employees on food safety, hygiene, GMP, HACCP and quality requirements.
• Perform internal food‑safety, hygiene and quality audits and follow up on findings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food safety and quality management within a food production environment.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, OPRPs, CCPs and related regulatory requirements.
• Ability to train staff, conduct audits and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
