Flutter Developer – Mobile Apps for FinTech

About the role

We are looking for a Flutter Developer to join Monty Finance’s digital finance team. You will build, maintain and enhance secure, high‑performing cross‑platform mobile applications that power our financial products and improve the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain iOS and Android applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Implement mobile features and user flows from approved product requirements and UI/UX designs.
• Build reusable widgets, components and modules following established development standards.
• Integrate applications with REST APIs, backend services, payment platforms, authentication services and third‑party SDKs.
• Apply mobile security controls such as secure authentication, biometric functionality and secure storage.
• Optimize performance, responsiveness and stability across supported devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects, integration issues, crashes and performance problems.
• Write unit and widget tests and support QA activities.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning and development estimations.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, build validation and deployment to testing and production environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in mobile application development with hands‑on Flutter and Dart.
• Experience releasing applications on both Android and iOS platforms.
• Background in fintech, digital payments or banking technology is a plus.
• Professional proficiency in English and the local language.
