Financial Planner – Income Protection Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a driven Financial Planner who will specialize in Income Protection Planning and Financial Risk Advisory. The role involves working closely with individuals and families to assess financial risks, design protection strategies and deliver tailored long‑term financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial consultations to evaluate client needs, income risks and future objectives.
• Develop personalized income protection and financial security plans aligned with each client’s life stage.
• Provide professional advisory recommendations on disability, critical illness, retirement, education and investment solutions.
• Build and maintain long‑term, trust‑based relationships with clients.
• Educate clients on financial risk management and future preparedness.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Lebanese Baccalaureate Certificate.
• Strong communication and advisory skills.
• Client‑focused, proactive and results‑oriented mindset.
• Background in finance, insurance, banking or sales is an advantage.
