Financial Analyst / Power BI Specialist

About the role

CEO Lawyer, a fast‑growing personal injury law firm headquartered in downtown Atlanta, is looking for a detail‑oriented Financial Analyst with strong Power BI expertise. You will support the finance and operations teams by building dashboards, performing financial reporting, and creating data models that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize financial and operational metrics.
• Perform advanced Excel modeling, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data‑driven analysis.
• Gather, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Design and maintain data models and write/optimize SQL queries for data extraction and validation.
• Automate reporting processes and support operational analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to collect data, validate assumptions, and deliver actionable insights.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, or data analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
• Solid SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Ability to conduct quantitative analysis with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities; capable of working independently.
