Facility Management Coordinator – Evening Shift

About the role

We are an offshore property and facility management support company looking for a reliable Facility Management Coordinator to work during U.S. business hours. The position is full‑time, evening shift (4 PM – 1 AM) with occasional overtime, based on‑site at our Beirut office.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate projects, work orders and daily tasks for facility operations.
• Communicate with dispatchers, vendors and field teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Track progress, monitor deadlines and follow up on pending issues.
• Update and maintain records in ClickUp, email, and Google Drive.
• Provide regular status reports and ensure all documentation is current.

Required profile

• Prior experience in U.S. facility management is mandatory.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and proactive.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Familiarity with Excel, Google tools and task‑management systems.
