External Auditor

About the role

The External Auditor will lead and coordinate audit activities across the organization, ensuring that audit procedures reflect best practice and effectively address risk management priorities. This role works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to safeguard assets and maintain regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive audit procedures that incorporate industry best practices and target specific risk areas.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential financial losses caused by fraud or mismanagement of assets.
• Review financial records, statements, and related documents to verify compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial projections to support strategic planning and business decision‑making.
• Coordinate with external parties such as lawyers, accountants, auditors, lenders, investors, and regulators to facilitate audit processes.

Required profile

• Strong finance‑based analytical abilities.
• Minimum of 3 years of audit experience.
• CPA and CIA certifications are a major plus.
