Executive Housekeeper

About the role

The InterContinental Mzaar Lebanon Mountain Resort and Spa is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead its housekeeping and laundry operations. You will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest experience across 140 rooms, suites, and multiple food & beverage outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a dedicated housekeeping and laundry team.
• Maintain and order supplies and equipment while minimizing waste and overseeing inventories.
• Assist in budgeting to maximize profitability.
• Address special requests for guests, VIPs, repeat visitors, and VIP Club members.
• Lead deep‑cleaning projects and provide hands‑on support during peak periods.
• Educate team members on compliance with IHG standards, local laws, and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in hospitality or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership experience overseeing housekeeping and laundry teams.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
