ERPNext Implementation Manager – In‑House

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ERPNext Implementation Manager to design and launch a complete ERP framework for our bakery group, which operates five retail branches and two production factories. This in‑house position will shape the system from the ground up, ensuring it meets the needs of sales, production, supply chain, inventory, purchasing, finance and reporting teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and configure the ERPNext platform according to our multi‑branch bakery operations.
• Create end‑to‑end workflows, processes and system structures for all functional areas.
• Train department heads and staff on daily use of the system.
• Roll out ERPNext across all branches and factories, monitoring adoption and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management to translate business requirements into practical ERP processes.
• Ensure the solution remains user‑friendly, reliable and supportive of daily operations.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience implementing ERPNext in operational environments.
• Understanding of food, manufacturing, retail or other multi‑branch businesses.
• Track record of setting up ERP systems from scratch, not just maintaining them.
• Strong training and communication abilities.
• Organised, practical and solution‑oriented mindset.
