ERP Project Manager

About the role

We are an established Odoo ERP implementation partner seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of ERP projects across multiple industries. You will own scope, timeline, budget and client outcomes, working closely with Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Developers and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, assumptions and constraints.
• Build and maintain project plans, resource allocation and budget forecasts.
• Drive execution according to methodology, monitor progress, risks and issues.
• Manage scope changes with clear impact assessments.
• Act as primary delivery contact for clients, ensuring proactive communication and high satisfaction.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (BA, consultants, developers, technical leads).
• Identify and mitigate delivery, functional, technical and client risks.
• Oversee go‑live readiness, cut‑over and hand‑over to support teams.
• Maintain complete project documentation and contribute to process improvement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of project management experience in ERP, software or product development.
• Proven experience managing ERP projects; Odoo experience is a strong advantage.
• Hands‑on experience with scope, budget and client‑facing delivery.
• Strong understanding of ERP/software lifecycle and hybrid Agile/Waterfall models.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Engineering or related field.
