EM Launch Lead & EMEA VMAX PAH Product Manager

About the role

The EM Launch Lead & EMEA VMAX PAH Product Manager will drive commercial growth and launch new brands across Emerging Markets (EM) and the EMEA region. Reporting to the commercial function, the role is based in Egypt, Lebanon or the United Arab Emirates and works closely with regional and global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own commercial responsibility for the Imaavy portfolio and the EMEA Value Maximizers PAH portfolio.
• Develop and execute brand strategy, promotional activities, and lifecycle management plans.
• Lead launch preparation, including brand positioning, launch readiness dashboards, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (OPCO, Global, ESO, regional) to ensure successful market entry and pipeline planning.
• Manage market data, business intelligence, and monitor biosimilar entry.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing between Emerging Markets and global functions and identify untapped opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial responsibility and launch leadership within emerging markets or the pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong ability to work with diverse regional and global stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on growth maximization and erosion minimization.
