Data Analytics and Automation Specialist

About the role

The role focuses on designing, building and operating business‑critical analytics and automation solutions that turn data into decisions and manual processes into scalable, governed workflows. It centers on Power BI, Alteryx and the Microsoft Power Platform to deliver enterprise reporting, data preparation and process digitisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑value Power BI solutions, including data modeling, DAX measures, Power Query transformations and reusable datasets.
• Create actionable dashboards with clear narratives for operations and business stakeholders.
• Build and maintain Alteryx workflows to cleanse, join and aggregate data from multiple source systems.
• Design Power Automate flows to automate repetitive tasks and reduce turnaround time.
• Translate business questions into measurable requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Identify automation opportunities, evaluate new features in Power BI, Alteryx and the Power Platform, and propose enhancements.
• Develop Canvas and model‑driven Power Apps to digitize manual processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Computing, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science or related field.
• 4 years of hands‑on experience delivering analytics and automation solutions from requirements to production support.
• Experience with insurance data and processes is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to communicate data insights to technical and non‑technical audiences.
